To maintain our high level of service in the boutique appointments are now required if you are intending to try
Bridal Gowns, Bridesmaid Dresses, Mother of the Bride outfits or Shoes.
If you just want to browse please pop in. If you see something you like and we have fitting rooms and / or consultants available
you will be able to try on, but in most cases, particularly on Saturdays, you will then need to make an appointment to be able to try on.
Making an appointment
To arrange your appointment simply e-mail us at appointments@victoriabrookes.co.uk stating
your preferred date and time and the type of appointment you require, e.g. shoes or call us on 01283 534111. To confirm the appointment we will also require a contact telephone number and the date of the wedding.
Appointment durations
Appointment durations are generally as follows:
Bridal Gowns - 1.5 hours
Bridesmaid Dresses - 1 hour
Mother of the Bride outfits - 1 hour
Shoes - 45 minutes
During busy times of the year or on event days appointment durations may change but you will be informed when making your appointment.
So that our appointment schedule runs on time, we do try hard to adhere to these durations so please bear that in mind during your consultation. We appreciate that these are important decision but we have found that generally these durations work well.
Running late for your Appointment
If you are running more than 5 minutes late for your appointment we would really appreciate it if you would let us know by calling 01283 534111 so that we can minimise any impact to our appointment schedule. Thank you.
Unable to Attend your Appointment
If, for whatever reason, you are unable to attend your appointment, please let us know by calling us on 01283 534111 as soon as you are aware, so that the time can be used for someone else.
Some bridal shops are now introducing a small up front charge which is refunded is a purchase is made to deter customers from missing their appointments. Unfortunately it is not unusual for an appointment to be missed with no prior warning. We do not want to have to introduce any such charge and therefore ask for your co-operation.
Just not turning up is bad manners and prevents others from being able to take up that appointment - so PLEASE let us know if you aren't coming - we won't ask why! Thank you.
